Wild camping in comfort, our Cosy Cocoon Landpod is the ultimate outdoorsy bedroom
The Cosy Cocoon Landpod is nestled away in its own clearing within 3 acres of woodland, with a fire pit and field kitchen sheltered by a big old parachute to give guests a lovely outdoor lounge to relax beneath.
When you're not snuggling into the pod, enjoy the Cosy Cocoon's private garden, complete with firepit, field kitchen and seating.
We see the Cosy Cocoon as the perfect escape for anyone craving a peaceful escape to a wooded area, where flickering flames are the perfect backdrop and birdsong the theme tune to your stay.
Cook over the fire or using our nearby camp kitchen.
A maximum of two people can fit in the Cosy Cocoon but if you'd like to holiday with friends, we have other options around the site and camping spots nearby.
nb. Our Cosy Cocoon is on wheels which means we can trundle it around the site, like moving the Cocoon to our alpaca paddock for a special alpackage holiday! If you're interested in this special kind of break let us know in the form below.
Hire of the Cosy Cocoon includes:
Comfy accommodation for 2; one double mattress in the pod.
We provide bedsheets, mattresses and toppers but ask guests to bring their own pillows, duvets (or sleeping bags), and covers
Exclusive use of the Cosy Cocoon
100W powerpack to charge USB devices and internal lights
Firepit (we sell seasoned firewood on site)
Seating for two
Camp kitchen with single hob burner and basic camping crockery, cutlery, mugs and cooking equipment
40l cool box - your off grid fridge! (we replenish with ice packs when needed)
Unlimited fresh water
We'll do everything we can to make your stay at Big Sky as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We love surprising our guests and making your stay unique so if you have any ideas we might be able to help with don't hesitate to ask :)
PS. If you're not a fan of bugs, flies, spiders, fresh air, the distant sound of tractors or cows or anything much to do with being outside in the countryside, our site may not be your ideal getaway!
PPS. While we love animals we can't allow pets on site as they stress our alpacas out.
